All Hale Concrete offers a structural warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion.
This warranty covers:
- No sinking, shifting, or structural cracks (larger than 1.75mm enough to fit a quarter) in the concrete surface, provided that the ground beneath the concrete has not experienced unforeseen settlement or disruption.
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic cracks that do not compromise the structural integrity of the concrete.
- Damage caused by the homeowner not following care instructions.
- Damage caused by acts of nature, such as earthquakes or soil erosion.

The Company guarantees that the concrete supplied for your project meets industry standards for quality and durability. Specifically:
- The concrete is warranted against crumbling or spalling for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion.
