Durable Patios Built for utah, built to last

Our concrete patios create durable, low-maintenance outdoor living spaces built for foot traffic, furniture, grills, and Utah weather. Each patio includes proper excavation, compacted road base, and steel reinforcement to help prevent settling and cracking. We also plan slope and drainage to move water away from the home. Patios can be customized in size, shape, and finish to fit your home and yard. Decorative options are available, but exact color consistency cannot be guaranteed.

WHY CHOOSE US

Concrete Patio Installation Process

Built correctly from the ground up — no rushed work or shortcuts.

1

Demo and Site Preparation

If needed, we remove the old patio, haul away debris, and prepare the subgrade for the new concrete surface.

4

Add Reinforcement

We install steel reinforcement to help reduce settling and cracking and support long-term performance.

2

Grade for Drainage

We shape the area for proper slope so water drains away from the home and does not sit on the patio.

5

Pour and Finish Concrete

We place the concrete, cut in control joints, and finish the surface based on the project, whether that is a standard finish or a decorative option.

3

Set Forms and Base

Next, we lay out the patio, set the forms, and install and compact the road base for a solid foundation.

6

Clean Up and Finalize

After the pour is complete, we clean up the site and leave the patio ready for curing and use on the proper timeline.

My patio is everything I could have hoped for!

The extension took us from 12×12 to 40×12! Ryan was great at communicating what he was doing and giving instruction on when we could walk, our furniture, hot tub etc. pricing was very reasonable. I’ve already recommended him to a few friends and family members.

frequently asked questions

Yes. We can pour patios around existing structures when the layout and access allow for it. That can include areas near the home, posts, stairs, or other fixed features. We plan the patio shape and finish around those conditions so the new concrete fits the space and drains properly.

A 4-inch patio is standard for most residential use. If the patio will support heavier items like a hot tub, we may recommend 6 inches or more depending on the load and the site conditions. Proper base prep and reinforcement are also important for long-term performance.

In most cases, patio furniture can be placed after 48 to 72 hours. That gives the surface time to gain early strength before it handles weight. Heavier items may need more time depending on the size of the patio, weather conditions, and what is being placed on it.

Concrete patios are fairly low maintenance, but sealing every 2 to 3 years helps protect the surface from stains and moisture. Regular cleaning also helps keep the patio looking good. A good rule of thumb is that if the surface looks dull instead of rich and sealed, it may be time to reseal it.

With good installation and proper care, a concrete patio can last 30 years or more. Longevity depends on factors like base preparation, reinforcement, drainage, weather exposure, and maintenance over time. Keeping the patio sealed and addressing wear early can help extend its life

Concrete starts hardening right away, but it does not reach full strength overnight. A patio usually needs about 7 days for initial curing, while full cure is closer to 28 days. That is why light use can happen sooner, but the concrete continues gaining strength over time.
